At River Dart Rotary, we are passionate about making a positive difference across Dartmouth, Totnes, the South Hams and surrounding communities. Through fundraising, volunteering and partnerships, we support projects that improve lives, strengthen communities and create lasting benefits. We are involved in a wide range of initiatives including community support, youth development, health and wellbeing, environmental projects and humanitarian aid.
Our charitable funds are limited, so we aim to support projects and organisations where a grant can make a meaningful impact. We welcome applications from charities, community groups, schools, voluntary organisations and other not-for-profit initiatives that benefit local people.

We will ask you to tell us:
- What your organisation or project does
- The need or problem it addresses
- Who will benefit from the funding
- Where beneficiaries live
- Approximately how many people will benefit
- If it is a specific project, when it will start and finish
About the Funding Request
We will ask:
- How much funding you are requesting from River Dart Rotary
- Exactly what the funding will be spent on
- The total project budget
- Details of any funding already secured or expected from other sources
- Whether the project will deliver a lasting benefit and, if so, what that benefit will be

Applications are more likely to be successful when they:
