River Dart Rotary invites you to our Christmas Fundraiser 2025 – a scaled-back yet heartwarming celebration of community, farmers, and the holiday spirit! Due to the complexities we’ve navigated this year, we’re keeping things cozy and magical, focusing on what matters most: supporting local charities and bringing smiles to faces young and old.

• Location: Historic Dartmouth Market Square (with lit-up tractors in the nearby car park!)

What’s Happening?

Get ready for a day filled with festive surprises in the heart of Dartmouth:

• Lit-Up Tractors 🚜 Three sparkling tractors, decked out in holiday lights, parked in the car park for photo ops and family fun. Perfect for that Instagram-worthy Christmas snap!
• Jonathan’s Magical Classic Bus 🚌 From 12pm – 2pm, hop aboard (or just peek in) for elf encounters with our cheeky Elves 🧝! Plus, a Lucky Dip brimming with small surprises for all ages.
• Local Craft Stalls Browse handmade treasures from talented local artisans right in the Market Square. Support your community while picking up unique gifts!
• Mulled Cider & Warm Drinks Sip on steaming mulled cider (non-alcoholic options available) to chase away the winter chill. Cheers to good times!
• Live Music 🎶 Enjoy cheerful tunes from local performers, adding that extra jingle to the square.
• Grand Raffle Win big with our star prize: a £1000 Luxury Hamper packed with gourmet treats, local goodies, and festive delights! Tickets on sale during the event – all proceeds go to charity. You can purchase tickets from any of our Rotarian members or pop in to visit Richard at Winkworth or Kirsty at Millard Cook in Dartmouth.

This event is all about giving back. We’re proud to support:

• RABI (Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution) – The British Farmers’ Charity, helping those in the farming community facing hardship.
• Local Charities – A portion of funds raised will benefit Dartmouth-based initiatives for farmers and families.
